You go there they don't even give you a free Carwash you tell them something is wrong with your tire or rim. They say they're going to get back to you. Never do. This is the second time I have inquired about having the room replaced a service I pay for and they have yet to change it. This will be my last purchase with this dealer

The wait is always interesting considering you have an appointment however the gentleman that checked me was super pleasant. His name has escaped me, but he said he was new. He was cordial from beginning to end and when he reminded me about the survey I would be receiving I didn't feel annoyed or pressured as I have in the past. Oh, the oil change was fine too I guess lol. I haven't had any issues.

If it wasnt for David Wong (service manager) I probably wouldn't be going here. There is a toyota service shop that is much closer to were i live than Autoland. I get the feeling that he is much more honest than others that I have dealt with. Thanks David Wong.

I had an appointment at 8:30 am but the car sat in the service parking lot until 1:30. I finally complained and they gave me a loaner to go home for lunch. They put the charge on my credit card and after a week I had to call them to take the charge off my account.

Very poor. After routine maintenance, AC stopped working because they didn't change the drive belt correctly; after recommending it to be changed. I called the advisor who said the drive belt has nothing to do with the AC compressor. I'm taking it back to be rectified but this is one of the poorest service I've received thus far not to mention no accountability.

John communicated as promptly as he could with updates.
