Took car in for a battery and the tech found an oil leak. They communicated the need for additional repairs to correct the leak and I agreed to have the work done. They always provide a full detailed examination of the vehicle and corrected an issue I was unaware of. Glad it was fixed at their shop and not some where where I would have been stranded on the road!

Scheduled to have repair on seat buckle on driver's side completed when my driver's side headlight burned out the morning of my appointment. I asked if they would have time to complete that replacement too and they took care of it also. First class work and service and honest treatment on price.

Was told we needed to replace a thermostat & water pump on my vehicle at $2000 plus dollars. After taking it to a friend of ours that works on cars, it was a hose that was cracked and needed to be replaced. From a $2000 quote to $120 replacement.....

Great service! Auto Haus Merkle is the place to take your European automobiles in Indianapolis, IN. They have diagnosed, repaired and serviced both my Volkswagen and BMW in the past year. Each of which have been very thoroughly troubleshot, effectively repaired (without further problems) and fairly priced. I have upmost faith in their technicians and their skills with all my current and future foreign car needs.

Scott and the guys at Autohaus Merkle always do great work. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their hours work for me and if they do not, they have 24 hour drop off. I would highly recommend them as you willl spend half as much as you would at Dreyer.
