Service was great! First they discuss what is going to be done and the cost. There was no pressure to do all of the things needed. Cost was also discussed before the service was done. Wonderful waiting area, comfortable. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and video of service was provided. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I have to return for service because the next day after I picked my car up it was hot outside and the air conditioner is blowing hot air, not cool. We had the AC recharged last year at Autohaus. I thought with the multi-point inspection it would have been discovered. They had my car for 3 days. :0(

A wheel had been damaged by driving over a pothole. I had purchased an insurance policy and Autohaus worked with the insurer so that the wheel and labor associated with it was replaced at no cost to me. They also provided me with a 760 loaner car while the work was being done.

Create appointment. Go to appointment. 2-3 business days (5 actual) before they start work. That's a bad model and there's no way you could defend it. This is for routine maintenance as well, not that it should matter.
