Introduced myself to Paul, the owner, a week ago and decided to have my next scheduled maintenance done by AP after looking for an independent Euro repair and performance shop for 2 years. Great choice! Scheduled an appt. on line and dropped my car off to Eric at 9am and had it back by 1pm as promised. Excellent communications throughout the process and very fair labor and parts charges. Highly recommend this shop to any Audi owner.

I have used Autobahn for years. On several occasions I've tried other mechanics closer to my home, but I've never experienced the same level of service and focus on customer satisfaction that I've received from them. It's a drive for me to get there, but it's worth it.

Out of town client; with VW turbo code. Eric was able to get me in for a diagnostic evaluation the same day. I worst case assumed it would need a new turbo; expert technician determined it would only need a wastegate valve; saved me some bank. I would highly recommend this shop.

Eric provided great customer service keeping me updated throughout the service and repair process. Paul, the owner was extremely knowledgeable about my Audi A4 repair needs and maintenance. Work was completed when promised. Very satisfied with this shop as I had driven about 50 miles from home, based on their online reviews and my initial contact with them.

They know Volkswagen and Audi's. They helped me deal with a check engine issue that have been plagued me throughout the year where I used my own scan tool to help me troubleshoot the issue but I was unable to resolve it on my own. I have friends who are also mechanics who weren't able to help me resolve the issue.

The shop completed a stock downpipe reinstallation. Afterward, I smelled exhaust from the front of car, I discovered the downpipe flange clamp bolt was loose, it had not even been finger tightened. Very disappointed. I had another issue during this visit which they thankfully provided a solution for.

Paul and Mike and the gang epitomize service, professionalism and care of the customer. When I moved away from Gwinnett County I was reluctant to take my vehicles 45 minutes to Autobahn so I tried several of the German-auto shops in Alpharetta. Despite the high ratings, none of these shops can hold a candle to Autobahn. I've learned my lesson and will not take my VW and Audi cars anywhere else but Autobahn.

When I had my vehicle at the Audi dealer for a recent airbag recall replacement, the dealer noticed that my valve cover gasket was leaking. I brought the vehicle back to Autobahn for them to take a look at it since Autobahn had previously replaced the valve cover gaskets. Autobahn replaced the leaking valve cover gasket gasket under warranty even though the service had previously been performed a little more than one year ago.

This was my first time using Autobahn Performance and I was very happy with the quick and efficient service. The pricing is much more reasonable than the dealership. They limit the types of vehicles worked on to Audi and VW so they can give consistent service.
