Excellent service again. Last week I took my 2018 BMW X5D in for an annual service. I was late for my appointment and was seen upon my arrival. Another great service of my car and they repaired the driver seat control panel and flushed out the brake system. I was out in just over 2 hours.

Scheduling the service appointment was seamless, easy on the BMW app. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous. You are constantly informed via text/email on the status and what they find and suggested actions and the cost. The service tech Mark was fantastic. The waiting lounge is comfortable, and they have snacks! This is an excellent dealership.

Always a great time coming to this location. Tried the Arlington one and had to come back home because the staff are so friendly and the service is fast and efficient. Moving from Houston it was hard finding a place that as a woman I felt comfortable bringing my car. This was a great choice.

Autobahn had the car for two weeks, collected on Friday paid $2,100 and today Wednesday it is now back with them as they never fixed the problem. They never looked for the problem, they just looked for something wrong fixed that and charged me a lot of money, but never correctly diagnosed the problem.

Audubon always does an exceptional job. They also do a good job identifying other areas that need to be maintained. Unfortunately, they are on the higher end of pricing for those items that need to be repaired. That makes me go to other places that are less expensive. For example, they quoted me $1800 to replace my rear brake pads and rotors. I was able to get the same job done for half that price at a national vehicle chain.

The salesman was not rude but he asked for my license and i gave it to him to make a copy, well while making a copy (about 10 minutes) he ran my credit without my authorization and came back with a quote from the credit manager with what I needed. I was truly upset because he NEVER asked if I was going to finance the car through their company or what. I never received a call back or anything.

Foley is a great service advisor. He can always explain if I have any problems and what to expect.. On the downside, it seems like the service department always finds problems. My car never gets a clean bill of health. This is no fault on Foley, but is on the men who work on the car.

The electronic system on a cooling fan failed. Autobahn found the problem and immediately ordered the replacement system. It arrived in 24 hours and was installed that day. They washed my car and delivered it that evening. Thank you Autobahn for the excellent service.

Great service. I came in because a tire hard a slow leak. First thing, Advisor got a replacement tire in case I needed a new one. Big time saver! I needed the replacement tire. My Advisor reminded me of all the benefits of my wheel and tire replacement ins. Finally, BMW washed my car even though it was raining. My neighbor told me about Autobahn's excellent service, and she was right!
