The service performed was fine. However the labor cost was $200/hour, my car was in for less than 2 hours but I was charged $500 for labor! I tried to get them to reduce the labor to no avail. Kind of a ripoff. Don't think I'll return to Autostar for any service in the future.

I went in for a oil change and tire switch out. 4 mounted wheels and tires inside the car. Came back 4 hours later, oil appeared to be done but winter tires were still inside the car. The tech did not thoroughly read the work order. Had to come back later in the day to get the tires done.

2 trips to have suspension looked at...2 very different prices for the same work. Denied warranty because it was not broken. Went to another dealership and yep...it needs suspension and covered under warranty. I will no longer use this place. Their service has gone down since the new company take over. AVOID this place

Gave me my car back and had to shovel over 2 feet of snow off of car to leave. The service advisor was pretty awesome. But other service advisor was a total clown. No help and argumentative.

I had pre-purchased a service package and no one ever said it has time limit or notified me it was going to expire and they wouldn't help me at all. Amazing service and some of the most honest mechanics! I'm always satisfied after going to AutoStar Subaru in Silverthorne. They always do a great job on basic maintenance, and are thorough with explaining to me any other issues I have had with my car. Service department did great job of completing a major repair in reasonable amount of time and kept us informed of progress from ordering parts to completing the work. We spend lot of time in the mountains, so it is good to have a reliable alternative to city repair shops.
