Watch out for hidden fees at Autopark Honda. When I checked my final bill, I noticed a $9.95 "environmental CO" charge tacked onto my repair order. This fee was never advertised, mentioned, or disclosed upfront during my quote or drop-off. Spreading unannounced surprise charges on customers at checkout is an dishonest and untrustworthy practice. Always review your itemized service bill closely before paying.

While the work done by the mechanics is great, the customer service by the service advisors and porters is abysmal. I've had multiple vehicles (Saabs, GMCs, Buicks, Volvos, BMWs, Dodges, and more) and can say without a doubt that this is the worst shop I've ever been to in terms of customer service. They care nothing about serving the customer and only about churning out another oil change for $100 a pop.

Oil change Express service was great. Expectations about wait (about an hour and 15 minutes) and what would be performed were met. Visual inspection video from technician was thorough and understandable. Service members were friendly and professional. Autopark Honda does a great job.

Service was great with the exception of the oil life indicator was not reset back to 100%. It wasn't a big deal at all, I just went on line and followed the instructions to reset the oil life back to 100%. I contemplated rating it a five star, but then I thought that would be confusing. Thank you.

I own a 2024 Honda Civic Touring driven a total of 6000 miles, which is an average of 200 miles a month for 30 months since the vehicle has been in service and they sold my mother who drives the vehicle a brake fluid flush. I called to discuss this with the service advisor and got the company line and I left a message for the service manager and there has been no return call. This is very unprofessional.

Personal adjustments in front seating like heat, mirrors, seat positioning were not turned off and returned to original. Start up dash lights stay on all the time and tech didn't notice. All past services have been fine or minor clean up was missed in front cabin area that I let slide.

I don't accept lies when my car is being serviced. I wanted to have tires rotated and balanced. I was told that I needed new tires and they would not rotate and balance. So I took it to another Honda dealer and they walk around the car with me and showed me the measurements and none needed to be changed. They then rotated and balanced the tires.
