Absolutely terrible after signing all the contracts and being told the car was 100% good it only need some cosmetics fixes I could not take the car home that day. Just for 5 days later I get a call saying the truck didn't pass inspection and I'm out of luck. They are selling vehicles that haven't even been through their "125 multi point inspection" beware everyone.

They knew we were driving 2 hours to see this car and it should not have even been listed! The center section holding the radio and a/c actually fell off and the leather above the radio was peeling off and had a large of area of leather missing. I asked if these issues could be addressed and ''Oh I 'll have to see ifcwe can fix that'' was NOT what I expected for the sell of a $10k vehicle.

I was very interested in a vehicle till i saw a large dent in the driver side roof line. I told the salesperson, and he said we have a dent repair shop that will fix it. Problem is that they will only fix it if i sign to purchase the vehicle . Another problem is that they want to sell you dent, theft, and glass protection as part of the deal. Also they give you a 5 day return policy. Well to repair the dent , it would take longer then 5 days, so if I purchase and didn't like the repair .... i'am stuck with it. I ask them if they would fix the dent and let me come back a see it after the repair. Once again, they will fix it if you purchase the vehicle. This AutoNation in Plano is NOT trustworthy. Please buy somewhere else !
