I inquired about a vehicle via on a Sunday evening via Carfax. Like vulchers, they immediately called me, and emailed me, (from another persons account, so two different names on one email) about the vehicle...only to discover the vehicle was Sold. Yes, the ol' bait & switch. What's more pathetic is two other sales reps called me about the same vehicle within a couples days. Credibility Gone!

They did the repairs we asked for. No one offered to discuss the outcome of the service. After I left, I noticed a separate paper that suggested I have a couple of other items that should be serviced. A call while it was still there to discuss this would have been nice.

6 month service. Waited and only took an hour. The only thing I wasn't happy about is they had taken the passenger seat and reclined it all the way back and didn't put it back up. I was picking somebody up so I had to pull over in the parking lot and put the seat up.
Other than that everything was great!

Went in for oil change and asked to complete 75000 miles service, was told it would be by 1pm, wasn't able to leave until 3 pm arrived at 10 am. Not thrilled because I asked for extra in initial meeting about what was to be done with car. Did get a discount, but still disappointed of time I can't get back. Service I assume was done. Hopefully done well. Especially with time it took.

Can always count on AutoNation Toyota Tempe to complete my Highlander SUV service and repairs correctly and at a reasonable cost. My Service Advisor Eddie was amazing and got my vehicle back to me on time with all services and one recall completed.
I used to go to other garages to get repairs done at a lower cost, but found I usually had to then go to the dealer to get the problem they caused fixed. Only the dealer for me now.

I feel that I was overcharged for the changing of the engine air and cabin air filters, both for their costs, and, especially, for the labor to change them, since that had already been removed for inspection. Also, the service advisor entered the wrong mileage on the report, which I had him correct before leaving the dealership. This would have thrown off the recommendations as to which services are due when.

I would return. Just plan on express to be slightly longer than expected . My oil change and Tire rotation was just over 4 hours. The advisor told me it would be 1 hour 45 mins on arrival for context. My general experience with express is roughly 1 hour 20 mins.

I'm really mad that I've had to go back for this issue with my brakes 5 times!!!!! The techs at this location can't seem to do their job correctly. I've went back 5 times for them to fix my brakes and they can't seem to do their job correctly. For other car maintenance i'm going to go to another dealership from now on. This has been ridiculous.

Great job by maintenance personnel and service personnel at front area. Only problem was they did not take off from console was maintenance required, I had to get on YouTube and see how to do that. Spent three hours waiting for a dishonest diagnosis for my rattle. AutoNation said it was a motor mount issue and almost $700 to repair. I took it to my regular shop who said it was simply a worn Muffler bracket piece, which only ended up being $65 to fix at reputable Muffler shop. NEVER take your car to AutoNation for repair. Maybe they assumed I was ignorant because I currently have pink hair?!

Service attendant checked my vehicle in at 9:00 am. Completed oil change and tire rotation at 11:40 pm. Service attended never spoke to me again, no one notified me when service was completed. I left dealership at 11:50 pm, received text from service attendant at 11:53 pm telling me my car was ready.

Connor took great care of me. The only thing I wish they would address is the shuttle. You'd like to time your arrival so that you catch the shuttle back to work. It shouldn't be hard to find out when the best time (within the next hour) to show up is.. Use GPS, use apps, whatever, but provide a way..

Tempe AutoNation will never touch another one of my vehicles. They act as if they have more customers and you dont matter. They will not call back to address problems and take a no fault position when none was directed. Service was fine customer service none existent.

They didnt tighten my brake line my brakes went out I had to Rent-A-Car finally they send a tow truck and fixed my car however to this day a month later they have not paid my rental car fees the service is very poor and disappointing and dangerous driving a car with no breaks

They said everything was fine, just need new brakes. I got home and my A/C stops blowing cold air. Now I have to go back after they had my car for over 2 hours. They didnt even update the sticker telling me when to go back for the next service. The old sticker is still there so Im wondering if they even dodo anything at all.
