Went in for recall service on a Saturday with a waiting appointment. Upon check in, we're informed there's a silicone seal that will need to set and the visit will be about 3 hours if we'd prefer to leave and come back which we opted to do. We weren't notified our vehicle was done for about 8 hours, at which point they were closing in 30 minutes and we didn't have time to make it in. Couldn't get my car until Monday.

New Lease on a Toyota Land Cruiser, I took it in for first 5,000 mile service. I called and was able to make an appointment the same day. Ryan our service guy was smart and efficient, said about 2 hours so we waited and it was completed in exactly 2 hours. So Far So Good, I'd recommend this location.

Received the car for service quickly and easily. Rear sunscreen failed in the up position. Requested estimate to repair and to lower the screen so that driver can view the rear area of car. The sunscreen was previously replaced under warranty and now failed again but not under warranty. Estimate $3000 to repair. Many others encountering a similar problem but Toyota is not making a permanent repair that lasts.

Advisor not friendly. No smile. No greetings. No politeness. Did not say thank you at all. Did not mention that only 1 coupon can be applied to the invoice. He just chose the least value of coupon without communicating to me.
Repair service was ok. The only issue I had was that my Headlights was turned off instead of changing it back to Auto. Just imagine driving at night with no Headlights while thinking that it is on.

After routing service, the paperwork said they couldn't perform a requested service, but advisor said they did. Can't verify either way myself, but still got charged for it. Also, my car is usually dirtier after having service done than when I brought it in. I try very hard to keep my car clean, but always have to wash it after they are done. Seems like the least they could do is wash your car after service.

Awesome! Got there before my 2pm appointment last 6/18/25, checked in with my advisor, was told of my car's maintenance requirements, was advised it'll take about 1 1/2 hr for oil change and wheel alignment, but 3 minutes past 3pm, my car was ready. Great job!

Very well organized service center. Gets you in and out in a reasonable time. Came in for a duplicate key for my Prius. After getting the bill, I remembered why I held off from getting the duplicate in the first place. Over $600 for a duplicate key - very steep price but what can you do? When you just lost one set and need another set on hand this is the price you pay.

Had a very good experience. I really appreciated the opportunity to speak in person with the technician to discuss my vehicle concerns/requests. It was also great to know the technician owned a similar Camry from the early 2000s. I recommend AutoNation Toyota should offer a service for customers to email vehicle questions to their preferred technician. Doing this would improve customer vehicle knowledge & loyalty.
