Service tech removed both the cabin and engine air filter and forgot to place the cover back on the cabin air filter. I found the cover for the cabin air filter beneath the passenger seat. Please pay attention next time. I spent a lot of money for my vehicle to receive this poor service and care!

Dealership smelled like stale cigarettes. Sales person was new and not very knowledgeable. I drove 1.5 hours to test drive the vehicle. Had a knocking in the lifters and warning lights on. Then they told me the price was non negotiable only to lower it on the website a couple weeks later.

Although the overall service was very good, the fact you do not actually talk to the mechanic was frustrating. I had a question about the car and was told they did not know. Also, the price was way to high for the service rendered. The 45000 mile checkup (basically an oil change) was over $900.

The service went well with Mario but it took a week and a half to get my car. It was not Mario's fault. I put it on the management. Mario was out for a week I called for a manager. It took 3 days to make contact. Corporate is who needs to fix that dealerships mismanagement.

Terrible! They dont treat the customers correctly and never cared a bit. Called, and emailed them and what I got in return? Nothing! Not a single ounce of sympathy came from there. What they know is rip the customers off when another location made me pay less. One of the advisors was being rude and pretended like they forgot, which is unforgivable. Ill never visit from that location ever again.
