Had an appointment set up to view a car since it was a long drive. Sales man says they will text if anything happens. I get there and the car was sold an hour before arrival. No notification from sales team and basically I wasted my time and gas. Instead they tried to sell me other cars. Communication is key in every aspect.

Used Infiniti QX60 had beds badly wrecked and poorly repaired
Passenger door would hardly close and the bindi and paint was terrible
Salesmen said car was in great shape
Drove almost an hour from Plano to look at.
