Service took too long. Cost more than forecast. Fuel pump replacement in recall not done because part not there. Now I have to schedule another time consuming visit. Good news is the shuttle got me home timely in the morning. Bad news car so late being ready that I had to call to check on it. And wait for shuttle pick up.

Was able to diagnose the problem, told me the price of the OEM part, I was able to find replacement they would only warrenty their work nd they put it on. Save me from having to have towed somewhere else to complete the repair.

Wait was over 3hrs long for an oil change and to check a tire for nail. No nail was found they said. Got home light came on and had to take to gateway to get screw out. No fluids were checked. Wiper fluid was empty. Will NOT use this place again. Wolfchase Honda is the place to go.

They took care of me and explained why Autozone told me that my alternator was going bad. Thanks to the extensive test that Honda did, they found it to actually be my battery. Answered all of my questions, and I didn't feel like they were rushing to get to someone else. They also text you with what they find before the service advisor comes to chat with you.

Service advisor didn't prepare estimate on the front end. The time quoted was changed when I arrived for service. They tried to add additional services on to my order that weren't requested. Not happy with my last visit. I won't use that service advisor again. This is my second time working with him. I have been coming to them since 92. Two bad experiences in a row. Might consider using a different shop for a while.

Service was great but it didnt fix the problem that I took to them after this being my 3rd time taking it back to them for the same issue. I stay between 20-30 miles away to continue going there for the same issue. But customer service was great every time.

I do appreciate the fact that some of the things that I ask for was done I wanted to overall inspection of my vehicle the electrical and everything but they did some things because I went in due to a noise that I was hearing in the front end so ultimately it was somewhat taken care of so I appreciate that. Only issue it takes a long time like two three hours so be prepared to wait.

The staff who helped me at this dealership service department were very nice, very attentive, very smart. But the $ quote for the work was outrageous. Front and rear brakes $239 each (Wolfchase Honda quoted me $200). Belt drive was quoted at $300 (Wolfchase quoted $120). And my independent mechanic shop quoted me even less. I'd give 5 stars to the staff and 0 for the prices if I could.
