I was a walk in for an oil change, so I expected to be done at around 2.5 to 3 hours. Isaac was very friendly and gave me a 2 hour est time being a Saturday and is one of their busiest days. I was very surprised to be done in an hour time and was told there were no concerns on the multi point inspection.

I went to there next day , 1 hour waited again , manager said almost done we are preparing documents . Finally he came and said we can't buy your car this price . Terrible experience.
