Did recall, great, did new key fob, great, asked for new blade (sits in keyfob), they gave me new one, but misplaced/lost old one, said it is not too much to have another blade cut (I have to pay even though I don't think they returned old blade) - oh well. Other than that, good service.

Responsive great communications! However when contacting a customer they should be able to identify and discuss the particular vehicle. I am looking at several different brands of vehicles, so if they contact me they should be able to discuss the vehicle make model and year so that I can discuss the exact vehicle that I sent the inquiry for. An extra step but would be greatly appreciated.

AutoNation for Tustin provides amazing service. I bought my Truck there and had it serviced there the first three years and then switched to another dealership closer to my home. Recently took it back to AutoNation and so happy I did. I will drive the extra 20-30 minutes for the service and expertise they provide. Brittney Childers we my service rep and went above and beyond.

Brought my Explorer in after the Check Engine light went on, since AutoNation Ford Tustin was the closest place to where my car broke down. The repairs took almost two weeks and the communication for updates was slow and inefficient (I was told not to call, but to text instead - then my texts were often left unanswered). Next time, I'll have my vehicle towed to another location.

I was buying and installing a new set of tires and having a spoiler stabilized. The tires went well, but only 1 of 2 issues with the spoiler were completed. They were going to remove a loose body in the trunk but didn't. They were able to stabilize the spoiler for me. I was charged $200 for this job which I felt was too much. I plan to call my contact at AutoNation to complain. I hope they will work with me and resolve this.

My son took his car to this dealership and they were terrible. They kept his car for over a month and did even provide him a loaner. Communication was terrible. Customer service is non existent. I will never buy a Ford again after our experience with them.

Would give 5 stars but Im giving 4 because I think there could have been a little bit better communication at first when trying to figure out what was wrong with our car and if wed have it or not to go back to Vegas that day. Just felt like when we called wed always get transferred to another person or department. As well as they told us a few times theyd call us back and wed wait hours and have to try calling them again

They didn't wash my car. The sensor rim is full of grease. The parts they removed did not assemble them well I don't know if they left something unassembled. is a very bad service They told me a date and took more never told me I had to go see what happened with my car I do not recommend it for big jobs

My wife and I took both of our Ford vehicles in for service, Frank in the service department took care of us. Our vehicles were done in about 2 hours of arriving. My wife bought her vehicle there and I'm pretty sure when its time, I'll be getting my next truck there.

I went there for required service and Service was good. However, I need to replace 3 parts and price of the labor is 3 times more than price of the parts. Dealers must have a better deal for their customers specially for loyal customer like me. Despite Ford's position of declining the continued problem issue on the now out of warrantee repair which plagued the car throughout the warrantee period, the dealership honored our loyalty and covered the repairs. Our service advisor, Bob Selff, has supported us all along the way. He and the Tustin dealership have been great to work with.

Visited for a recall repair (by appointment). After a full day's wait, they finally determined that the repair would be needed and that parts would have to be ordered but the mechanic was unavailable for the following week, pushing the next appointment to two weeks out.
Second visit: the recall repair failed, requiring another parts order. Scheduled for one week later.
Third visit: dropped the car off first thing in the morning, but heard nothing as closing time approached. When I went in, they told me for the first time that it would take another two or three days. Left with no choice, I arranged to pick it up two days later, and the repair was finally completed. However, the recall does not appear on my CARFAX report even though it has been updated, and I never received a repair order either. Is this normal?

Went in for an oil change service. Went fine but noticed after a few hours. I started to notice a considerable amount of oil leakage from my undercarriage and towards the wheel well of the vehicle. Took the car back to the service bay and was advised that the oil filter seal was defective. It was taken cared of with no issues. I just wished that quality check was done the first time after the fact to save both party the time and labor involved in the process.
