Had the truck for a week. Then found nothing we wrong. Told me to have all aftermarket parts removed. Took truck to Moritz Jeep. They found tie rods needed to be replaced. Just purchased truck from Auto Nation. They made me pay the $200 deductable because I used dealer out of their network. Even though they found nothing wrong.

They don't listen as they put down that I had hard shifting problems when what it was is strong hesitation and lurching forward in the low gears. They took it on the freeway and said nothing was wrong when I told them I had NO problem on the freeway - plus they never updated me on progress - I always had to call - there's more but that's all I'm saying
