after having new engine put in, had to make same day return truck not running good jan. 26 paid $12,650 for engine, picked up truck again on Tuesday drove truck had to return truck for second time check engine light lite on also truck cutting out on acceleration, dropped off truck for third time service stated they replaced several coil packs drove all day performed fairly, on Friday the 30th of jan. had to return for the fourth time check engine lite on again and truck vibrated on acceleration serivice manager said it was the catalatcy converter . so I'm afraid to drive truck to far because I need to close to AutoNation ford. this is and has been a bad experience for me, I came for professional service at ford and has been let down over and over again, keep in mind that $12,650 I have a note on this money for 60 months, and 11.50%. I called and scheduled to have my Bronco serviced and to have the recall on the rear shocks taken care of. I had it lined up to be picked up Thursday morning, serviced and returned. When they didn't show up I called to make sure they didn't forget about me and was told that I wasn't scheduled to be picked up and that I was out of their pickup range, I've had it picked up at the same place twice before. I asked if they could get to it that evening when I got off work and they said yes. When I got there that evening the lady checking me in said that I would need to leave my vehicle with them for 7 days for them to be able to do the rear shock change out. I asked why and she said that they were backed up and couldn't get to it until then. So I asked why couldn't she just schedule me in for 7 days later because I couldn't do without my vehicle for 7 days, but she said that they couldn't do that. They needed to have it available when they got someone free to work on it, which makes no sense. If you're backed up 7 days, then just schedule me in for 7 days later. Then another service rep stepped in, I guess to be the "man" and set me straight and said that that's the way all Ford dealerships are doing it now. I called Mullinax to ask them about scheduling me in and they said no problem and set me up for this coming Friday. If this is the kind of service that I can expect from Auto Nation then I will take my business elsewhere.
