Got a randomly check engine light...first I was told and injector, then maybe something else, then it was because I had an aftermarket intake, that I've had installed for years, they didn't fix anything...after some research I swapped a new fuel filter and did a fuel treatment and fixed the issue myself.

Did nothing but waste my time. Because I wasn't there to spend money for something. I was there for a recall on my vehicle and the wanted $140 for an oil change and I said no. I simply wanted the software update to my transmission and the refused to do. Do not take your car here they scam you for your money.

They had my jeep for three weeks and said couldn't find anything wrong. Took it to bill Luke Chrysler and discovered a rat had chewed on some wires, it cost 495.00 to fix and they also found two other problems and fixed them also and they were covered under warranty, thank you Bill Luke Chrysler. I wouldn't recommend auto nation to anyone for anything after how poorly I was treated.

Brought Jeep in for its 50K check-up and to look into some oil spots it was dropping recently. They located an oil leak caused by a cracked filter housing which they will able to replace and luckily has it covered by my extended warranty! Very happy with the service and overall care, A+!

We live closer to Airpark but make the drive because the customer service has been much better. Very good service once I finally was able to make an appointment. It was frustrating to make an appointment . The service department didn't answer, and when I left a message, no return call. It took me multiple calls over a two day period to talk with someone at the AutoNation Service department. The AutoNation switchboard was basically a merry-go-round with no end. Once I got in for service, all went very well.

The service we received this time was absolutely horrible!! If I could rate zero stars I would. They had the vehicle for over a month and wouldnt return our calls. And when they called to tell us our vehicle was repaired. It still had a maintenance light on. Service person told us we might have to take it to midday Chevy???? And we have the extended warranty through automation.
