Brought in because the car threw a code p0750 which I had cleared but i could still see in the history with my Harbor Freight Scanner, they stated they saw no code, changed the transmission fluid, the front and rear differential fluids and a motor mount. I picked it up drove home and the next morning the same thing with the transmission happened drove it back to them to fix.

It was awful. The service manager never kept me informed, I always had to call or text to get my information. I think had I not called my car would still be there. The worst was my part was on back order so they told me to keep driving until it came in. I thought that was unsafe.

I give it a 2 star because our truck was ready on date promised, but lack of communication. We brought our truck in for some recall parts but was also told we had a free oil change and when we came to pick up we were charged for the oil change and filter. Very disappointing yall gotta get your team together!

Chad, my service advisor, was able to keep me informed throughout the time that I was at the dealership. I was there for a full synthetic oil change and a multi-point inspection and received numerous texts informing me of what progress that they were making and that I could see and pay my invoice without even leaving the waiting area. The added bonus was Chad informed me that they had also washed my car; classy move by AutoNation CDJR.

The service department put the wrong mileage on my car, I only have 47k miles on my car, not 75k. I was a little disappointed that they would make such a small, but important error. I will be returning to the dealership and asked them to change my receipt and show the true mileage on my car.

First of all they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic for water getting inside the vehicle. I thought a diagnostic was motor, transmission or electrical problems. There's about 20 or so websites stating the same issue across north America as well as abroad. The engineers jeep wrangler have modified newer jeeps. Therefore I feel there should be a recall on the 2016 models.

The manufacturer had to enlighten the service representative about power train warranty. Service engine light not reset after supposedly oil and filter change and cashier not wanting to give me copy of work done in spite of my repeatedly asking. Up sold on differential fluid change "differential fluid burnt-out", I was told. Not really convinced because we are none car abusers.
