Took my 2022 Chevy Bolt here for its 7500 mile service interval Required Services maintenance. Scheduling the appointment online was easy. My service advisor Steve was friendly and efficient. Waited in the comfortable customer lounge only a bit more than an hour for the work to be completed. Very reasonably price too. I'll be back for my next interval service work.

Your service advisor is incompetent, and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle failed to determine what the problem was despite having a code reader telling him. The service advisor, Stephen lied to me twice and attempted to charge me for a battery the vehicle did not need. It's said that when you think you can trust people in this field and find out what derelicts they are.

The engine light came on. Joe and the service department were able to get a replacement part and had me out the door in a couple of hours. The waiting room is very nice. Comfortable chairs and free coffee, tea, cocoa and other hot drinks. I am very satisfied with AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial drive in Orlando.

Friendly and helpful. I made arrangements to test drive the car by email and text. I arrived at 1pm on a Sunday (after a 2 hour drive). It took 4 hours to finish the paperwork and walk out with keys. It's been two weeks and I'm happy with the vehicle. But I'm still waiting for copies of some paperwork and two missing items.

I like that my son was able to get an appointment right away. I do not like that costly diagnostic price. The problem he had with the air conditioner wasn't even covered yet. We had to pay a diagnostic fee along with the other service we have that price caused a financial hardship. My son is in college and we're trying to get him home. The price of the diagnosticwas as much as a airline ticket.

The service person Luis Chevy was not professional. I had to keep calling about the status of my car, uncommunicative, made me feel like I was doing him a favor. When I went to pick up my car, the paperwork was incorrect, despite me letting him know I was coming. Another service person had to do the process.
