Horrible diagnostics. They can not figure out what is wrong with the vehicle. I am a certified mechanic and figured it out. I took it in because it won't start intermittently and the check engine light comes on. Any repairs would be done for free because it is a new vehicle with only 14k miles! Like really? I told them what needs to be replaced but they say they can't figure out the issue.

I had my tires rotated and they did not secure all of the bolts to my center caps. I made an appointment for my oil change and another customer was squeezed in (as he said) and was done before my truck was done. Not cool! The ladies at the checkout counter were very nice though.

They advertise a synthetic oil change for $69.99. I went in on a scheduled appointment and met with the service writer Nelson Gomez. He was awesome to work with. He explained that the special was for the oil filter and 6qts of oil. My Camaro holds 10 quarts so they cut a deal for the total service of $112 out the door. Great service and price from Nelson and his team. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I'm bringing my Hummer back next week.

Everytime I take my truck here nothing ever gets done right the first time. I always have to take it back to get it fixed again. This time I waited 2 months for a loaner to get a leak fixed. Service advisor calls me tells me I need an alignment. I get my truck back and the alignment is so bad. Pulling hard left. I took it back and they redid the alignment. I can still smell my coolant leaking. Idk what they did w my truck. They put a bunch of miles on it and didn't fix nothing. 1st time I went here was to get a truck bed cover installed. They installed a damaged one and I had to take it back after they ordered a new one to get it replaced. Like man why would the installer even install something damaged blew my mind.
