I went only for a routine maintenance, which charged me $925, because my car was working perfectly. After this service, my car started to make a strange blow when accelerating, I took them again to be checked and they told me that what I had was normal and they did not want to check it further.

Bryan kept me very well informed and was patient with my response times and questions. The work on the camera replacement did not solve the problem and actually lost some of the camera abilities (for instance it no longer shows the grid lines - yes, it is set to show them). The work on the steering box was well done and the checks on the recall items were completed.

This is now our Chevy store. The staff, especially Bruno, really care about their customers. We had our SS Convertible Camaro in for a recall and an oil change and it was all done by the exact time Bruno said it would be. They kept in touch by text and email before the appointment letting us know our appt was coming up. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!

Made an appointment to come test drive and inspect. The salesman called me by another name ..twice..even after I corrected him. The vehicle was listed as no accidents or damage..upon inspection I found a dent in the rear panel. I made an offer after tge discovery..AN W..Would not budge. The vehicle is still on the lot. Not a very good expirence.

This company has the worst customer service. Normally I take the car to Georgetown to avoid going here. I bought my car brand new with extended warranties from AutoNation Austin and it has been such a horrible experience working with them that I will never buy another Chevrolet.

Very expensive shop. They gave me a price on a maintenance service and when i went to pick up my truck surprise they charge me on top of the $300 dollars the service cost one hour of labor and i was like really? I been to other chevy dealers and when they give you a quote already includes labor, parts and taxes, for sure not coming back to auto nation to service my 3 chevy trucks.

I had to bring it there because I bought my Jaguar and autonation together with a Platinum warranty. As usual the couldn't find anything, but kept it for two weeks to tell me that I have to go to Jaguar. They could have told me right away. Very disappointing service.

The dealer contacted me promptly asking if I would like to come for a test drive. I explained that I live in Houston and would come over the weekend. He indicated that the car would probably sell quickly. I received notice later in the week that the car was no longer available. I appreciated not having to make an unnecessary drive. However, I am still waiting for a price quote for installing new fog lamps on my car from the service agent who promised to email me the quote that same day. Also, I would expect the wait time for processing my paperwork after the servicing to be shorter.

Well the truck was a 2014 and priced at around $23,000 then the extras came to $27,000 Then they tried to rip me off as would have cost over $38,000 with their interest and other bogus fees .So I canceled .So don't buy from them unless you want to get screwed over .Then they ran my credit 3 times .Which is not right .Will never shop there again .Very bad customer service
