I liked to upfront price autonation quoted. It was pretty streamed lined. Good sales people and very friendly. What I did not like is the Ridgeline was was supposed to be washed and it was but the under drink was terribly dirty espically around the seal

The service time took nearly a month which I can understand to a point. My biggest frustration was why have you set an appointment for this work and then when you arrive tell you it will be five days until they can look at it. This should be better resolved. Do not allow appointments until the day they can be looked at. Other than that, the service advisor was good and kept me up to date as much as he could.

Was interested in truck on website but salesman, Mark wouldn't offer any help, even ignoring many attempts to call back. He may have been busy, but we called for two weeks, and he never got back with us aside from a promise to send a credit application-which also didn't happen

Said it would be 1-1/2 hour wait, no problem. At 1-1/2 went and asked the status and they had not even started yet, when asked they said 3-5 more hours, stated they were short handed. Would not have been so bad if they would have kept us informed. We could have rescheduled and come back another day. an hour later they offered to take us home, so we did. I had to cancel to other appoints because of this fiasco.

I took it in to have check engine light problem fixed. they said it was three different things and finally said it was the throttle control switch. After having it for a week, they replaced it and said it was good to go.. I paid them $1050.00 and left. I drove it 7 miles and I have the same issue that I started with. So back in the shop . It has been 4 days and I still have no truck. They do not know what is wrong with it.

Had to have OnStar module replaced due to excessive battery drain. They had my vehicle for several days. During this time I fell and broke my hip. Was unable to pickup when ready. After getting out the hospital the following week, I was able to make arrangements with Coby to have my Escalade delivered to our house.

Work was done as promised in a reasonable amount of time. When I got ready to checkout I decided to use my Cadillac Rewards points. The bill was $108.37. Auto Nation took all of my 13,051 points and should have only taken 10,837 points. Then they could not figure out how to put the 2,414 points that I should still have back into my account!
