I went to AutoNation Chevrolet to get a Oil Service. The Service Rep was helpful and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service was done fairly quickly. This is now my choice for service for my Chevy Impala. Hopefully they have a AutoNation Ford dealership in the same area, for my Ford Sportrac.

Taking care of very nicely on a necessary Corvette service. Check-in was prompt the service was done in a timely manner for what was needed. The only concern I have is the need to have a loaner Fleet for customers like me who travel a distance to get to your dealership. If I travel by myself I am stuck without transportation in this kind of scenario.

While I had an appointment, it took over 2 hours for the oil change. They didn't fill the washer fluid like Earnhardt. Overall, the service was fair, I think I will make the 30 mile drive to Earnhardt.

Terrible vehicle sat there for 2 weeks said there is nothing wrong with clunking noise coming from rear of vehicle there are multiple service bulletins for the vehicle for the noise. When went to pickup there isn't any paperwork of what they even did or looked at from the tech that inspected vehicle.
