Nothing was done to my car I brought it in because there is noise being made, and it was given back to me the same exact way after leaving it there for five days. I am very disappointed in Autonation. I had to call another Autonation representative in Miami Lakes to actually ask him what was going on with my truck and he gave me an exact explanation and I am planning on taking it to him

Poor communication from my service andvisor Otto. Kept my vehicle for over a week without communicating what was wrong. No assist with rental car. Not even the service manager answered the messages. This has no reflection on the work done by the mechanics. This is strictly towards the poor communication skills of the service advisor.

I didn't like that I couldn't get in touch with anyone when the service person, Alejandro, wouldn't return my call or texts. When I called customer service. None of the managers returned my calls. My car was kept longer than needed and I waited about an hour to receive my car when I arrived to pick it up.

Never got any updates never was told what was wrong or the issues and the issues that I stated did not get repaired. Only thing that's worth it. Was they give you a rental car the same day. I'm still waiting to get a call back to see when they'll fix my truck. Mine you it's a brand new truck.
