I only had one issue with the service that day. We hurried to get there to pick up the car after I got out of class at CFCC. The service department closes at 5pm according to what's on the door. We got there at 4:57pm and the door was locked and everyone was gone. At least stay open till the posted hours for people trying to make it there after work or school.
