Themis place used to be good I keep my maintenance when vehicle ask for service A or B . I did service A they used to do a courtesy car wash they did not also they did not top up the fluids I call back and manager apologized but said next time ask for me. But did not offer to come back I had to ask . Also the place is not well cleaned and hard to find the entrance for the service dept they have a sign but don't specify as entrance .

I have always had good experiences here. This visit I was in for routine maintenance and they discovered an issue and ordered repair, notified the warranty dept. (had the work approved). Mary made every so easy for me!!! Also, everyone that I have seen in the service dept. has been very pleasant, which is amazing because I sense that most customers are stressed when it comes to car issues.

I sent two requests. Only heard back about the one I was hesitant about (two tone interior was questionable). That car wasn't even in Plano like Carfax indicated. I didn't have time in my schedule to drive the extra 30 minutes to see it. There were plenty of pictures which I really liked. But I like to see first hand.

They contacted me, led me on for multiple days. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase the vehicle only to be told they did not have it. It was "being worked on" even though I texted the seller on the drive up and they said they'd have it clean and ready. THE DAY OF!!!

I was extremely satisfied with my visit. I received A1 service starting with the receptionist and the technicians. Farnoosh (forgive me if name is misspelled) was helpful from the beginning. He's knowlegeable, and took the time needed to answer questions. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make decisions concerning the maintenance for my car. Also, the prices are super reasonable!!!!

My experience here was great! The guy in finance got me a good deal and Todd the salesperson was awesome with a great personality. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want and we met in the middle. I met the owner before I left and the staff was very friendly and helpful from the front of the house to the back.

Liked the car but did not like the way the dealer pulled a bait and switch. Car was one price then jumped almost 4,000$ in price with dealer fees. Bad business practice.

Crummy dealership. Will not negotiate on a car it has had for four months. This place is an antiquated in its practices. Acts like you would be lucky to buy a car from it. Go someplace else.
