I've used them twice and I will use them again. Each time they were great in diagnosing the problem and explaining what was needed and what wasn't. This is a good, ethical company that does solid work on our cars at reasonable pricing and gives good advice. We've used them for years. They have changed ownership in the last year or two but it went to people from within the business and it stills seems to be the same easy to deal with and honest, capable service. We appreciate that and are sticking with them.

The guys are Auto Tec are great. We have used them for years. I needed an issue checked before a drivers test and they got me in, checked the problem, told me the care was safe to drive but we made an appointment to get it fixed. It was fixed in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Auto Tec.

Replacing the spark plugs was expected. The front brakes were checked and it turned out that while the rotors could have been machined the amount of remaining material would have been marginal, so the pads and rotors were replaced also. Auto Tech provides good service and we are happy with their work.

If you want to be able to trust your mechanic, then this is the repair shop to go to. The owner explains what's needed to fix the problem and does not pressure you to repair/replace parts that will require attention in the future. He also shows you damaged the parts and explains why it failed. My family and I have trusted Don for years.

Don and staff are very responsive and always provide honest and helpful information regarding all repairs. They never try to "sell" additional services or repairs and always provide you with options for making your decision.
