They always get work done on time and as promised. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. I had also authorized an alignment along with replacing an axle/cv joint but it was in spec so it wasn't needed, cutting the expected bill somewhat. It is unusual to get a nice surprise like that at a repair shop.

These people will look after you. They truly care about their customers and will dig as deep as needed to get it right. My electrical problem was anything but superficial. They patiently tracked and fixed it. I found their bill too low for the work and tipped them $300 for their trouble.

Went in for a safety inspection and was treated to the usual great customer service. Sean, the manager, gave me a ride home as my wife was on a business call. This was the first work on my new Audi at the Great falls location and, while a fairly small and insignificant job for them, the guys at Auto Stop Elite always make you feel that nothing is too much trouble for them.
