My son's '07 Ford Fusion was running very rough. We took it in and they assessed the mechanical issues. Ended up being the engine mounts and we were lucky that the engine itself did not fall out of the vehicle. It was an expensive repair $4K But Brandon talked us through the entire repair process. Very professional and kept us informed.

Kenny and Clay are the best! They keep me informed of what is going on with my cars (i think we've run 9 through there), and are honest about letting them go, too. Teenagers don't listen, especially about car maintenance when mom bought the car. And the most recent service was 100K on MY car. She purrs like new, and I plan to keep her another 200K or so with Kenny and Clay's help.

I can't say enough about Auto Service Center. We switched because we were tired of waiting forever and being overcharged from the main Jim Ellis dealer. We can get in quickly here and the prices are very reasonable. The people are the best part though - they are down to earth and truly seem to be interested in what's best for you.
