I took my car for a routine oil change. After driving for 10 minutes, the check engine light came on. When I ran the diagnostics, it detected a problem with the oil pressure. Upon doing a visual inspection, I saw that the oil cap was halfway out. After paying $100 for an oil change, I would expect better service. My trust in the service department has been eroding due to multiple issues I've experienced. There is no reason to pay their high billing rates without having peace of mind that I will be taken care of. I will now look for other, more price-friendly options.
