The salesman worked at finding the car I wanted. The first car was too small, then looked at several others. Finally, decided on the last car. It was ok, but there was considerable pressure from his manager by knocking off money. I moved everything from my old car into the new one and then had to go to another car lot where they had the business office. The person doing the paperwork either didn't know what was going on or just followed procedure. As I was tired and more vulnerable, I just signed everything and there were a lot of pages with small print. By the time we were done and I started going over what I had signed the next day, I found that the amounts the sales lead had offered had been lowered, that there were a couple of fees that had not been discussed and that the total cost with all the usual fees included was almost at least 20% more than the sales price even with the trade allowed. They didn't fill the gas tank, didn't remove the sales decals or even wash the car. And, as I had signed a contract that point blank stated all sales were final, I am just trying to enjoy my replacement vehicle. Oh, and the rear latch on the tailgate stopped functioning and has to be replaced. Needless to say, I won't be going back there and won't encourage anyone else to, either.
