Was looking at a 2011 ram 3500 sportsman and they kept fluctuating the price like it was gas prices,then stated all the add on fees like a mandatory 1100 dollar warranty that I didn't want, trucks been there for almost 300 days and the price still changes every day,had a flat tire and was missing cab mount bolts, so I bought a 2019 ram 3500 out of Virginia, wouldnt waste my time with thise guys

Extremely rude sales agent Jay insulted my wife's intelligence and then, after we took the precaution of having an independent mechanic inspect the car and found both large and small defects which would cost $600 to repair, was very unreasonable to deal with. AND when we showed this Jay that a rear white reverse light was inoperative he said " you know that it is not a new car" very insultingly in tone

First off I'll tell you that I've lost faith in Carfax over this one. Dealerships is a bunch of crooks who prey on the less fortunate people. I drove 3 hours to look at that Jeep and left within 5 minutes of being in there office. Offered me 20% of the trade in value of my car. Seemed shocked when I tried to shake hands with the salesman. Didn't know anything about the Jeep they were trying to sell, and there was damage on it that was not in the pictures. Pictures were obviously not taken at the dealership which was a dump. The license plate hanging in the salesman's office said it all "High Debt". I put a lot of stock in the fact that it was listed on the Carfax site. When the Yelp reviews were 1 star, and the comments were turned off so you can't leave a review. Oh and the reviews you did see all said Not to buy a car there. So Carfax obviously doesn't check out the dealerships it sells to, just takes their money. Very disappointing and leads me to believe that Carfax is also a scam.
