Jason and John are the BEST! IMO, Auto-Lab Southgate is much better than taking your car to the area car dealerships. Auto-Lab Southgate can handle anything. They can work with you in terms what your vehicle absolutely needs attention and what can be put off but keep an eye on.

We're on first name basis...wonderful, intelligent gentleman. I like getting to the point of issues then working through them. We communicate throughout the job as they are supportive with pickups etc. as needed. Professional all around.

Southgate Auto Lab is a very fair and honest place. They explained my vehicle needs to me in plain English and gave me all the options so I could choose what to have done now and what I could wait on that wasn't an immediate safety threat. They treated us great and were fairly priced.

Excellent experience. Been coming here for a while now. This is my 3 or 4 time using them. They do great and fast work. They communicate very good. They also use snap finance which helps with on the spot money with approval. Ive used that a few times and really makes it less hard to get work done to your vehicle. Would highly recommend!

They knew exactly what i was talking about, and what new parts i wanted installed on my rear brake job for a 2002 jeep liberty. I always double check any mechanics work. They have not let me down on any repairs on my 4 vehicles repaired there. {they also have the best repair cost}
