Can't follow simple instructions. Requested basic service (Tire Rotation) asked to cris cross front to back and apparently this was not something they felt like doing. Will not be returning. Recommend customer service training. Wasted my valuable Saturday morning.

I paid $70 for a babysitter for this appt i scheduled via Fred bean Kias phone number and someone scheduled me at Fred bean ford instead and they werent able to do my oil change that day. They said this has been an ongoing issue with the scheduler. This was my only day off from work and i scheduled it 2-3 weeks in advance because of this.
