I dropped my car off around 6:30pm to leave for the next day. I received a call around 7:00pm to let me know they had already finished my car and would leave it inside the garage for the evening for safe keeping. I was able to pick it up the first thing in the morning. They were very friendly and helpful. I have used Auto Express for service for many years and will continue to use them in the future.

Pep boys advertisers buy three get one Free So do your homework They We'll match the price. And don't forget to buy the warranty too. Great staff, Nick Jeff and Chris. And bill the real boss.

Service was good as far as installing a new tire on the car. The wait time of 3 1/2 hours was not good. I had to wait for the car to be seen and then wait for a new tire to be delivered. Service representative were very pleasant. Next time I'll probably take my business somewhere else.
