Have been using Auto Care Central in Grand Prairie for state inspection services for the last several years. The staff has always treated both myself and my vehicles with care and respect. They always take extra good care with my collector vehicle, which is why I keep returning.

The original purpose of the visit was an oil change. A leak in a brake seal was discovered. I was given an opportunity to see on my car what needed to be fixed. Repair estimate that was provided as to time and expense gave me an opportunity to better understand how the repair could work with my own schedule. Work was performed as promised and for the price quoted. Kudos to the whole team.

I was very happy with the service I received at Auto Care Central. They repaired my a/c within a few hours at a very reasonable cost. GP Ford wanted me to leave the vehicle for two weeks before they could even look at it. All repairs that I and my family members have had done at Auto Central have been completely satisfactory, repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Rude and dismissive. No service was performed on my vehicle. I paid a fee of $49 for them to tell me what "it could be" as I was rushed out the door since they didn't have time to do any of it. They could have told me they wouldn't have TIME before they wasted over an hour of mine.
