The crew worked on my husband's car right away. he had a break down on Friday night, we had the car towed, and they were able to diagnose it Sat morning. We were able to pick up the vehicle on Sat afternoon. Good service and the fellas were very friendly and professional. We would use them again.

I've experienced great service at this shop. They did the oil change, as a walk-in appointment, within 30 minutes. I also appreciate that they do not try to high pressure me into other services, just what is needed for my vehicle. Very happy with their professionalism, have had my car worked on here for years.

This was literally the 5th place I tried to get my oil change. At 3 of the others, I was completely ignored. At AAS, they came out and greeted me right away, and I didn't have to wait to get my car in for an oil change. THANKS!! Great customer service.

Great service, they got to my car in a timely manner and were able to diagnose the problem and move forward with a solution. The customer service could have been more responsive with letting me know the situation on my vehicle but overall it was a good experience.

I made an appointment. They did not honor the appointment.
Does not seem to be a "customer first" type of an operation.
My casual observation was "I'll get to you when I want".
May just have been a personal power trip by one man who decided I would be the object on which to exert his power.
I do not recommend any new customer deal with this shop.

I am sorry, your review is misleading. We honor all of our appointments, your car was going to be brought in immediately. You were informed the repair itself would take an hour and a half total repair time. You sir, just turned and walked out.
