This location used to do the work and send me on my way. Seems they are taking lessons from the dealership now and trying to find as many things wrong as possible to "upsale" the oil change. They didn't even fill my wiper washer fluid. I am giving them 2 stars because they are much faster than the dealer.

I have always taken my car to the dealership for service, but after my service contact retired things went down hill and so I started looking at other options. I am happy I found Austin Automotive Specialists. I love the fact they do not charge you to rotate your tires when you are getting an oil change. Grateful for their service coupons as well.

Clay and team were great, was beleaguered by the current times and lack of employees but friendly, and attentive as always, the oil got changed and tires rotated in the end. Call ahead now and make an appointment give yourself a couple days and plan on spending some extra time waiting before you go. Good location to walk around if you go in the cool early morning weather.
