I sent an e-mail to ask a specific question regarding a defect on the vehicle (that wasn't mentioned on the sell advertisement). A generic thank you inquiry was sent back to me without answering the question. I then sent another e-mail letting the sales person who sent the generic response that I would not be doing business with her because she had totally disregarded my first e-mail. She then sent me an apology e-mail and verified that the vehicle did have interior damage. End of discussion, I am not interested in purchasing a damaged vehicle.

Donna, thank you for voicing your opinion and letting us know how you feel. We do take our reviews very seriously as we are always striving to do better. As you stated, Meredith did apologize for overlooking your question and then provided you an honest answer to what you were seeing in the pictures regarding the light scratches on the glove box, the majority of which is from the camera flash reflection so it appears more severe than what it is. It is also completely fair to not want to purchase something that has what you consider damage and we would not want to sell a vehicle to anyone that would not be happy with their purchase. With all pre-owned vehicles there will be some minor wear and tear even in the best case scenarios and it is impossible to be able to point everything out on every car we advertise. We wish you would have given us the chance to show you the vehicle in person to see how small the scratches are and then maybe you would see how different and pleasant of an experience we provide. After all, we are truly just here to help you find the car that best fits your needs. It is unfortunate that you feel that a limited three email interaction with our store warrants a bad rating but we did drop the ball on not directly answering your question on the first response. Below is Meredith's response explaining the error: "Hey Donna, I apologize for overlooking the question. I was able to look back and see it was about the glove box. We'd definitely like to work with you so I was able to go out and take a look at the vehicle. It does have some light scratches over the the door of the glove box and slightly below. They aren't in the direct line of vision so you have to look lower than normal eye level. I tried taking a few photos, but it was hard to photograph in that position. I would like to show it to you in person if you have time to stop by. I apologize again and hope to hear back from you. Meredith "
