Worst experience in my life. This place lies to force their Battery for Life service plan on you. I'm canceling the loan with my bank and returning the vehicle since they refuse to refund me for forced service plan I was scammed to pay fot.

It was the 1st time I had been to this dealership. What a trip--especially for my dogs. They have an outside dog-play area and a big container of extra-large dog biscuits for my extra-large dogs. They also have a full coffee bar. Oh yeah, they serviced my car & couldn't have been any nicer.

The sales team was low pressure and was very aware of my wants as far as what I was looking for. The vehicle they had on their lot was perfect... for a younger person. The test drive was pleasant and the salesperson while not as knowledgeable about Jeeps, was asking all the right questions. Had I been 30 years younger, I would have taken that vehicle. Bravo team.

passenger power window wasn't going up. They had my 2021 subie from noon to 4 on a Saturday, charged well over $400 and told me it was fixed, but not to lower the window for 72 hours. 72 hours later, I try the window and they didn't fix the issue at all - it's EXACTLEY as it was when I took it in and on top of that, that door now won't lock. Back to square one with an additional problem.

Austin Subaru was friendly and I have no issues with their customer service. However, this was the third time to bring my car in to fix the same problem. Charged another $400 to fix the problem again and it reappeared within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership.

Car fixed. Involved and complicated repair work done to my satisfaction. Dealer and service advisor communication good. Estimate very accurate. Car returned to me very dirty, was covered in bird droppings which have stained the paint. One extra fastener found on cowl, one fastener missing from engine cover.

They took me in right on time, set me up with a Lyft ride home and did the work. Then they sent me a video of the work that was done and sent a Lyft ride to pick me up. The car was in at about 7 a.m. and I was back home by noon, all finished. As usual they did great work and quick. Great service for a great car.

The service department at the Burnet location is amazing! Professional, efficient, and friendly. My check engine light was on when I started my car in the morning so I didn't have an appointment, they got me back on the road as quickly as possible and the customer lounge had everything I needed to work until my car was finished.

Arrived at Subaru on Burnet for Express service about 7:15 am and was met by a very friendly technician who arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. He had a video of done of everything that was inspected and filled me in on certain items which should be addressed. All of the requested work was completed in a timely manner.

Excellent service and very good service advisor in Adriana they make it very easy and convenient to bring your car to them. Quick turnaround time as well dropped off in morning and ready in afternoon and I didn't just have basic service also had a battery replaced and new air guard installed on sunroof.
