Both the Service Manager and Tech helped me to understand what I can utilize with my navigation, radio and how I can use my phone to accessorize the whole system. My oil change and tire rotation was done in good time. I will use these gentlemen as long as I can to take care of my 2021 Palisade.

Never had any issues until after the service. Now I can't get the tire pressure light to go off. Took it back and the put air in it but 10 days later, it's back on.

I was charged for a free oil changewhen trying to speak to someone about this issue I was pushed off.. I was told I would get called back and never didI called back 2 times and this issue never got resolved I was out $100 bucks for a "free" oil change

Was supposed to program key fob and couldn't. Said it wasn't the right one. I got the number of the right one from dealer so I know it was the right one. I was charged for programing that was not done as they said they attempted to and therefore I owed them even if they didn't do it. That is not right to pay for a service that was not done.

Everyone was very polite. I explained about a burst on my front grill and they ordered a new grill immediately. It will be put on just one week later. I will definitely return to them for service, since they rotated my tires, did oil change, inspected fluids etc in 1-1/2 hours.

I can not complain the service was very good. The gentleman that worked on my car were helpful in let me know what was done and if I had any more problems to let them now. They were very polite and considerate. The business was very clean, along with where you dropped your car off and pick up. I was even surprised on how clean the service department was where are you drove your car off.

I have purchased all my vehicles for the last 30 years from another car dealer. I am not comfortable in auto shops but at the other dealership, I always felt welcome. I am still not feeling that way at this shop. I always feel as if I am bothering someone, I have lots of questions because I have never owned a Kia, but I feel that they do not want to take the time to answer them. this may be my problem.
