I had to take my car in five times to get my air conditioner fix correctly. I had to get it tested elsewhere to show them where the actual leak was coming from. They refused to look for a Freon leak from anywhere other than under the hood of the car. It was leaking from the evaporator which is behind the dashboard inside the car.

I appreciate them looking into the issue I asked them about but it's hard to take them seriously when they suggest I put at least $9k worth of work into an 11 year old car that won't sell for more than $6k at best. I just wish they had spent more time discussing practical approaches to a solution to my problem.

Engine was replaced under warranty in my 2016 vehicle. I opted to have all engine hoses, filters, and belts that were not included in the warranty replaced as well as the starter, so cost to me was about a thousand dollars. Was offered a free rental car a few days after the shop verified that a new engine was covered. Service dept kept me informed throughout the process.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. The staff were courteous and quick to get me checked in. The rental process was easy so I didn't have to wait while services were being done to my car. The communication was great. The services were taken care of and my car was done as promised.

Their service technicians are incompetent. This is the 4th time bringing it in for leaking freon, and at no point did they check if it was leaking from the evaporator. Which is where it is leaking from, but we had to get a sniffer test done. Auffenberg never did it.

It took 1 1/2 days for an oil check/change. I appreciate the loaner car they gave me, but it was quite dirty on the outside & they have a car wash directly across the street. The facility needs to be marked one way all around the building because 2 vehicles going side by side is difficult

So appreciate all you do! Thought there could be better signage at the end of the building directing where to go for service...unless you look at the building driving past (this was my first time to the new facility) one might miss where service is located....I got out of my car at the end of the building looking for the service entrance.

Michele (scheduler) was able to get my Palisade in much sooner than I anticipated. Steve met us in the service bay & checked us in quickly. Michele reserved us a loaner car which we needed as the service I requested wasn't completed until the following morning. Overall, the services provided were outstanding and the staff are very friendly & professional.

I do not understand and actively dislike a fee of $295 to run a diagnostic when we took it in because this Hyundai had a check engine light set up by Hyundai and it went to a Hyundai dealer!!!! They admitted to me that it may not be fixed and this may happen again - then they MIGHT know the exact problem. I will continue to protest this fee and having bought 3 cars from this dealer may not buy another.

I had an appointment at 2:30. The tech came out to let me know everything was good except for a few things. At 5:30, I finally went up to the counter and inquired about my car. First the girl said no, but when I told her I had been there since 2:30, she looked again. She finally found the paperwork, then couldn't find the keys. When I left, the technician was already gone.

The service is always excellent. I don't like your new appointment system nd while I appreciate a loaner, I have to bring a pillow to see over the wheel in the Elantra. That's why I bought an SUV with a power seat!
