Service was probably ok. However not happy about having to do 20,000 mile service when I only have 10,000 miles on my car. Was told it was an Audi requirement. Not happy. Then 2 days later I get a 10% off coupon for service and I couldn't use it as it was not presented at time of service. Service was $850. So $85 would have been appreciated. Ugh

It took a month for the parts to come in. That is frustrating but perhaps unavoidable. I was more unhappy that I had to follow up frequently to get a status update, as previously Ive always received timely updates. There was also no loaner, which became challenging after my husband and I were down to one car for a month. Ive always had amazing service; this repair was the exception.
