Gave me a loaner and performed 2 updates
1) rear camera sw recall
2) MMI sw update
The MMI sw update fixed many of the quicks with the MMI which caused issues like problems connecting to Android Auto and the presents for the climate control finally would stay persistent
The favorites for the audio system would randomly go away before the update.

The customer service was horrible. I waited two hours after having an appointment for an oil change, I was not sent the link to watch the service being performed, and my car was not washed and vacuumed. The service manager basically told me not to come back.

Horrible experience. My car was being serviced for two full months due to a series of unfortunate circumstances. The stress and frustration associated could have been mitigated with proactive communication, but we received next to none of that.
