This dealer has been a negative experience both times I was there for service. Labor rates are way overpriced, disconnected my dash cam and did not reconnect it both times i was there, and the second time i was there they tried to scam me for $4000 times inspect freeze plugs. I will never return or recommend anyone to this dealership.

.I take go to Audi dealership maintenance repair electric motor brake parking pin. check light come off light. I driver one way arrive home. and then Check light on again parking brake malfunction! But, I keep driver long highway. But, they won't check light off malfunction. Wires be fine.

i prepaid for service with the understanding it would cover the service needed for my vehicle. When I check in I was presented with three options "to complete the service" ranging from $380-$1200.
I had my car less than 48 hours before the check engine light came on. I sent a text to the service rep as he offered if there were any issues. It's been a week and have yet to hear from him.

First time there with a new tome vehicle. Daniel, the service advisor, was very helpful. Looked at the vehicles service history, explained to me what is covered on the existing warrantee. He made service suggestions based on this. The vehicle was serviced promptly and excellent communications throughout the encounter.
