I had to make an emergency drop-off at my Audi dealership due to an unexpected electrical issue, and the experience turned out far better than I anticipated. Scotty took great care of me from the starthe was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me consistently informed throughout the entire process.
He went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle for me as quickly as possible, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The repair was completed correctly, and my car is now running perfectly again.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received and truly appreciate the attention and effort Scotty put into making sure everything was handled smoothly.

Services performed as expected and recall was addressed, however one of my parking Sensors popped out of place for the 3rd time and they wanted to charge me almost $1,000 to get it fixed!!! This was covered when under warranty twice before, but since out of warranty they wanted to charge. This is poor customer service and speaks to the craftsmanship and value they place in their vehicles. They cannot fix an issue correctly the 1st or 2nd time, and since my car is out of warranty, I have to pay for their lack of repair the 3rd time???Crazy first and last time I buy an Audi. This is one of the reasons I do not get my car serviced here. The repair looks like it is just double sided electrical tape or adhesive, does not look like a $1,000 job. Extremely disappointing
