It took a little longer with service about 3hours while I waited was quoted at 90 mins. Service was great but I often in the past and this time felt pressured to complete extra services that aren't mandatory. Going in for a 10,000 mile service shouldn't end u up with a nearly $3k bill nor feel pressured to do all said selective services. But overall the jobs performed are done well.

I traded for this car which had warranty for 1 year. Brake alert went on after owning the car for 2 weeks. I was handed an approximate estimate to replace rear breakers for 1800.00. I complained and dealership wanted to have it looked at again. They did that and replaced a sensor and sent me on my way. No charge? I have videos of both. Should I get a third opinion?

They completed the work as specified and they gave us a nice loaner car. My only complaint was that when I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take 2-3 hrs and when we took the car in we were told 2-3 days. The car was ready the next day but we had to change our schedule to pick it up. Minor inconvenience.

People at dealer all fine. I was treated well. However this does not fix the issues that made me bring the car in.
Was told that there is a software update coming soon.
Seems a shame that a new car was released for sale with faulty software. My own research has shown that the issues that caised me to bring the car in are not uncommon in the MMI system.

Took it in three different times to fix the service that never got fixed. Kept my car for two different times for all day gave me a loaner, but the car was not fixed. Said they would reset my oil change and it never got done. It's like I'm bringing my car in. I'm paying for things and I'm not sure it's getting done.
