My sunroof was leaking water into the car during a heavy rainstorm. I could not keep driving it in that weather so I just drove in to Audi without an appointment. They took my car and had it fixed by the next day and even got me a discount based on the problem.

Audi State college added a service record to my car's carfax report but never actually serviced the vehicle. The mileage they set on the service record was also drastically incorrect. Current mileage was half of what they recorded.

I contacted them ahead of time. Tyler the sales person was wonderful, I knew what I wanted when I walked in. They had vehicle pulled up front waiting for me to test drive. He didn't pressure me into anything but did let me know I had options if I wanted to test drive something else. Great experience.

Poor warranty coverage . Over priced and my.volkswagon needs new brakes for the 2nd inspection since I bought the car in 2021. Not told anything about my break system which I was supposed to be told about. Just how much it would be for 2 break pads. Won't be back

Very poor customer service. They put in a new generator and battery but did not provide a loaner car until I racked up $718.40 in rental fees and then returned my car with a chip in the windshield. Their attempt at a repair to the windshield was very bad and then they refused to replace the windshield because they said it was an act of nature, while ignoring the fact that the car was in their possession when it was damaged.

I was not satisfied with the service. They did not wash my car as I requested. To pick up the car, I called several times to request a ride. Unfortunately, no one responded. Audi is considered to be a luxury vehicle. This location needs to improve its service. Better is deserved.

It was OK, but three issues:
1. I made the reservation by phone. That person should have told me the regular service area is being renovated, so I had to to a different location around the corner. Just annoying.
2. Took almost 2 hours for a 1:15 or so job.
3. Expensive for what they do, but I already knew that.

Being charged $210 for an oil change is unheard of. I mentioned that I was never charged that price before and asked when they raised it to this ridiculous amount. I was told that they just raised it recently and increased it by $100. No other VW dealership charges these prices. I feel I was taken advantage of and will not use their services again.
