I had a BRAKE LIGHT sign come on my dash screen. I was worried my wife would get slammed into with just one light working. I took it to Audi St. Paul, got a new one replacing the burned out one, had a couple cups of coffee, checked out your cars for sale, got my Audi hand washed, and I was on my way. Great service techs. I needed audi to remove the component protection from my car, they had it for 2 and a half hours and all they did was plug in a scan tool and see that they couldnt communicate, I didn't want them to take another 3 hours so I pulled my car back, but it shouldn't have taken so long for just that. Extremely disappointing and they wouldnt even give me any pointers as to what "no communication" ment and how to fix that.

The post sale experience is the worst by far yet. Andrew Horstman (salesperson)and Lindsey Nelson (General Mgr) have avoided my emails re: all weather mats that are owed to me per both email documentation and verbal communication the day the sale was executed and the vehicle was picked up. I highly do not recommend this dealership secondary to their lack of communication and deceitful practices.

Audi St Paul is a First Rate shop. Their managers are good at specifying what neeeds to be done and solving problems. They also keep you informed at every step along the way. They use technology (eg. videos of your car) to show you current maintenace status of the engine and suspension.
