They were very thorough in testing the charging in my car and could not reproduce the issue I reported. In the end, it turns out that my charger at home failed and made the car throw codes, which may have prevented my test charging at Electrify America. I replaced my charge and it has worked perfectly since.

Audi of San Jose and my service manager Oscar are amazing.
Service is done in a timely manner and generally speaking loaner cars are available.
They offer a tremendous amount of communication during service and even include a 21 point inspection video prior to pick up.

Everything went smoothly. Nick Chavez was my service rep and he was courteous, friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening. A very knowledgeable service advisor Carlos Salcedo. He was polite and friendly. He kept me updated on all the work done on my car. The results of the diagnostics done prior to the actual repair work on the vehicle was very detailed and helpful that helped me make an informed decision. The approval paper work was easy to review and sign online. Not 5 stars due to the expensive repair costs.

I brought the car in in the morning and was told that it should be ready around 3:00 PM, but it was not ready and they needed it for another day so I had to get a loaner vehicle. This was for a simple maintenance that probably wasn't even necessary for an electric vehicle as it only had 16,600 miles at the time.

The charger in an offsite paid station was stuck and couldn't be removed. They figured out how to address it with 6 different ideas and then came to us to administer solutions until one worked. Way and beyond fantastic service.
